How long does shipping take?
Word Memories are printed, framed and dispatched within 7 business days. Express shipping is also available at checkout for a faster turnaround.
How many images can I use?
Depending on your choice of word, you can typically upload one image for each letter or one image for the entire word. Longer words sometimes only allow a single image to be uploaded for the entire word.
What sizes are available?
Word Memories are available in A4, A3, and A2 sizes - all framed in your choice of black, white, or natural timber with crisp white matting surrounding the print area. If you have a custom sizing request, please get in touch with us.
Will my photo word arrive framed?
Word Memories are printed and framed in our studio, ready to unbox and hang directly on your wall. Frames are available in black, white, and natural timber options.
Can I create my own word?
Yes! We are happy to accommodate all custom word requests here. Please note that you are unable to use the word builder tool for custom words, our team will create these manually and will send you a preview via email prior to printing.
What are the minimum image requirements?
Images should be high resolution to ensure they print as clearly as possible. We don't have any strict requirements, however we do suggest reviewing your preview prior to ordering. Darker images tend to make your word stand out better!
I'm having trouble creating my word, can someone do it for me?
